Paul Norris - Director
Paul has worked in the IT industry since 1988 across many sectors including natural resources, government, insurance, banking and finance, logistics and software engineering. This experience includes but isn’t limited to working for world leading IT companies.
In this time Paul has performed roles including consulting, business analysis, project management, systems analysis, solution architecture and design, data analysis and modelling, agile development and prototyping, technical support and service delivery.

Since 2008 Paul has been working in the mining industry on some of the biggest and most innovative projects in Australia. Paul has been responsible for the conceptual design and business process mapping for the end to end integration of autonomous haulage solutions, autonomous drill solutions, manufacturing execution systems and mining operational applications into the mining application landscape.

Paul is passionate about understanding the customers current state processes, business requirements and providing solutions that allow them to achieve their desired target state.

Sarah is a mining engineer who has worked in the Mining Industry since 2005 across open pit and underground operations both in Australia and globally. Her experience, knowledge and practical understanding of the challenges facing the mining industry place her in a unique position to be able to leverage technology and apply it in operations to deliver solutions which integrate across the entire business value chain.
Sarah has performed operational, technical and management roles within major mining houses and for the OEM's and their technology solution partners and using this experience she established FutureTech Group in 2016. There was a natural transition for Sarah from managing the development, implementation and operation of a major OEM's Autonomous Haulage Solution to working with customers across all commodities and operational environments to define their technology roadmaps and implementation and change management strategies.
Sarah is driven by seeing customers achieve a step change in their business through successful technology implementation or by working with suppliers to deliver a solution to industries which will transform how they operate allowing them to focus on what they do best.
